Refund Policy — Mythera74

This Refund Policy applies to paid digital products offered through the official Mythera74 website (including Mythera Coins and optional Additional Services), together with the Paid Mythera74 Agreement.
1. Nature of the product
Mythera Coins and related digital items are virtual, in-game entitlements. They are not cash, bank money, cryptocurrency, investments, gambling credits, or redeemable financial instruments.
2. Right of withdrawal (Brazil — CDC Art. 49)
Where Brazilian consumer law applies, you may request cancellation and refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase provided that the digital product has not been used, redeemed, activated, consumed, transferred, traded, or applied to any account or character.
3. When a refund may be approved
A refund may be approved only if, cumulatively:
- The request is made within the applicable period;
- Mythera Coins / digital products / Additional Services have not been used, redeemed, activated, consumed, transferred, sold, traded, or applied;
- The purchase was not obtained through fraud, abuse, account sharing, or violation of the Terms or game rules;
- The payment was not subject to bad-faith chargebacks or disputes opened without contacting us first (except where legally required).
4. Non-refundable situations (examples)
Refunds may be denied when, among other cases:
- You clicked Redeem (or equivalent) in-game, or otherwise consumed the product;
- Your account was banned or restricted for rule violations after the purchase (subject to applicable law);
- The request is based solely on dissatisfaction with balance changes, wipes, alpha/beta changes, or gameplay updates (except where the law requires otherwise).
5. Technical failure or duplicate charge
We may approve refunds for proven technical failure, duplicate charge, or non-delivery attributable to MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA or its payment provider. Contact billing@mythera74.com with transaction details.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through the same payment method when possible. Timing may depend on banks, card networks, or Stripe.
7. Chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, contact billing@mythera74.com. Bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restrictions and recovery of fees, as described in the Paid Mythera74 Agreement.
