1. Object of the Terms
1.1. Mythera Coins
"Mythera Coins" are virtual credits used exclusively within the Mythera74 ecosystem to acquire digital products, in-game benefits, optional conveniences, cosmetic items, or other features made available through the official Mythera74 website or in-game systems.
Mythera Coins are digital goods. They do not represent money, electronic currency, cryptocurrency, investment, financial asset, prize, gambling credit, or any right to withdraw, exchange, resell, convert, or redeem them for real-world money.
MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA may add, modify, suspend, rebalance, replace, or remove digital products, benefits, prices, packages, or features available for purchase with Mythera Coins, always observing applicable law and the principles of good faith.
1.2. Additional Services
"Additional Services" are optional digital services acquired through the official Mythera74 website, including but not limited to account-related services, character-related services, name changes, cosmetic services, convenience services, or other functionalities made available by MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA.
Additional Services are personal, digital, and linked to the user's account or character, as applicable. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Additional Services are non-transferable between accounts.
2. Payment of Fees
2.1. Advance Payment
Fees for Mythera Coins and Additional Services must be paid in advance. The purchase of any Paid Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Terms of Use, the Refund Policy, and any specific conditions displayed at checkout.
2.2. Prices
Prices, packages, payment methods, taxes, fees, and availability of Paid Services are displayed on the official Mythera74 website and may be changed by MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA at any time.
Price changes apply only to future purchases and do not affect purchases already completed.
2.3. Delivery
After successful payment confirmation, MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA will make reasonable efforts to deliver Mythera Coins or Additional Services as quickly as possible.
Mythera Coins are considered delivered when they are made available to the user's account, wallet, balance, or redemption area. Additional Services are considered delivered when they are made available for use, activated, or applied to the relevant account or character.
2.4. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe or other providers made available on the official website. The user may be required to accept the payment provider's own terms, policies, and security checks.
3. Use, Redemption and Consumption of Digital Products
3.1. Redeem and Use
Mythera Coins, digital products, and Additional Services are considered used once they are redeemed, activated, consumed, transferred, applied to an account or character, sold or traded to another player, or otherwise used in-game.
For the purposes of this policy, once the user clicks the "Redeem" button in the game or performs an equivalent action to claim, activate, or consume the purchased product, the product will be considered used.
3.2. Effects of Use
Once a digital product has been used, redeemed, activated, consumed, transferred, sold to another player, or applied to an account or character, it may no longer be eligible for refund, except where required by applicable law or in cases of proven technical failure attributable to MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA.
4. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal
4.1. Refund Request Period
The user may request cancellation and refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, provided that the purchased Mythera Coins, digital products, or Additional Services have not been used, redeemed, activated, consumed, transferred, sold, traded, or applied to any account or character.
4.2. Mandatory Refund Conditions
A refund may be approved only if all the conditions below are met:
a. the refund request is made within the applicable refund period;
b. the purchased Mythera Coins, digital products, or Additional Services have not been used, redeemed, activated, consumed, transferred, sold, traded, or applied to any account or character;
c. the product was not obtained, used, or involved in violation of the Terms of Use, game rules, anti-fraud rules, or payment rules;
d. the payment was not subject to fraudulent activity, abuse, account sharing, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.
4.3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied when:
a. the user has clicked the "Redeem" button or otherwise activated the purchased product;
b. the Mythera Coins or digital products have been used, consumed, transferred, sold, traded, or applied in-game;
c. the Additional Service has already been executed, activated, or applied;
d. the user was banned, suspended, or penalized for violation of the game rules after the purchase;
e. the request is made after the applicable refund period;
f. the request involves dissatisfaction with balance changes, economy changes, character changes, item changes, map changes, updates, server resets, Alpha/Beta changes, or gameplay adjustments, except where required by applicable law;
g. the user initiated a chargeback, dispute, or payment contestation before contacting MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA, except in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transaction, duplicated charge, or legal right.
4.4. Technical Failure or Duplicated Charge
Refunds may be approved in cases of proven technical failure, duplicated charge, non-delivery of purchased products, or other payment issues attributable to MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA or its payment provider.
The user must contact MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA through the official billing channel and provide sufficient information to identify the transaction.

4.5. Refund Method and Deadline
Approved refunds will be processed, whenever possible, through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund processing time may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or financial institution involved.
5. Chargebacks, Disputes and Payment Abuse
5.1. Contact Before Dispute
Before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment contestation, the user agrees to contact MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA through billing@mythera74.com so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved whenever possible.
This does not prevent the user from exercising rights provided by applicable law in cases such as fraud, unauthorized transaction, duplicated charge, non-delivery, or other legitimate payment issues.
5.2. Bad-Faith Chargebacks
Chargebacks, disputes, or payment contestations made in bad faith, fraudulently, abusively, or after the purchased product has been delivered, redeemed, used, consumed, transferred, sold, traded, or applied may result in one or more of the following measures:
a. temporary suspension of the account;
b. restriction of access to Paid Services;
c. removal or reversal of the disputed Mythera Coins, digital products, benefits, or Additional Services, where technically possible;
d. suspension or termination of the account involved in the transaction;
e. investigation of related accounts, characters, transfers, or trades;
f. adoption of legal or administrative measures to recover losses, fees, penalties, or damages.
5.3. Account and Character Deletion
MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent payments, payment abuse, unauthorized transactions, resale schemes, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.
6. User Responsibilities
6.1. Account Security
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including username, password, email access, authentication methods, and any other access information.
6.2. Unauthorized Access
MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA is not responsible for losses resulting from account sharing, weak passwords, password reuse, malware, phishing, third-party access, or the user's negligence in protecting their credentials.
6.3. No Resale or External Trade
The resale, exchange, sale, purchase, transfer, or commercialization of Mythera Coins, accounts, characters, items, or services outside the official Mythera74 systems is prohibited, unless expressly authorized by MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA.
Violation of this rule may result in suspension, removal of digital products, cancellation of transactions, or termination of the account, without refund.
7. Suspension, Ban and Loss of Paid Services
7.1. Violation of Rules
Violation of the Terms of Use, game rules, anti-cheat rules, anti-bot rules, payment rules, or community rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the user's account.
7.2. No Refund After Violation
If the user's account is suspended, banned, or terminated due to violation of the Terms of Use or game rules, the user will not be entitled to refund of Mythera Coins, digital products, Additional Services, characters, items, or other account-related benefits already delivered, used, redeemed, consumed, or made available.
8. Limitation of Warranties
8.1. Service Availability
MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA will make reasonable efforts to keep Mythera74 and its related services available, secure, and operational, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
Maintenance, updates, technical issues, infrastructure failures, attacks, bugs, balancing changes, and other factors may cause temporary or permanent changes, interruptions, or limitations.
8.2. Game Changes
The user acknowledges that Mythera74 is an online game subject to changes, updates, balancing, economy adjustments, resets, wipes, technical modifications, and content changes.
Paid Services do not guarantee permanent advantage, fixed gameplay conditions, economic value, or preservation of any specific game state.
9. Forum and Jurisdiction
9.1. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code and the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, where applicable.
9.2. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Curitiba, State of Paraná, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law establishes a mandatory different jurisdiction.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. Changes to These Terms
MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA may amend these Terms, in whole or in part, to comply with applicable law, payment provider requirements, operational needs, security standards, best market practices, or changes to Mythera74 services.
Material changes will be communicated through the official Mythera74 website or other official communication channels.
10.2. Invalid Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
10.3. Acceptance
By purchasing, redeeming, activating, or using Mythera Coins, digital products, or Additional Services, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
