This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use our website, create an account, play Mythera74, contact support, or make purchases.

1. Who this applies to

Mythera74 is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we may delete the data and suspend or terminate the related account, as required by applicable law.

2. Data we may collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

  • Account data: account number, email, password (hashed), security and recovery data, sanctions history metadata.
  • Gameplay & technical data: logs, anti-cheat signals, connection metadata, crash reports, in-game actions needed to operate the game.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe (or other providers we enable). We do not store full card numbers on our game servers; payment providers process card data under their own policies.
  • Support & communications: messages you send us (email, Discord tickets), abuse reports, attachments you provide.
  • Website data: cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy), analytics if you consent, CSRF/security tokens.

3. Purposes and legal bases (LGPD overview)

We process personal data for purposes such as:

  • Providing the game and website (contract / legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention).
  • Authentication, billing, refunds, and chargeback handling (contract / compliance).
  • Compliance with law and responding to lawful requests (legal obligation).
  • Improving stability and security (legitimate interest), where compatible with your rights.
  • Marketing only where you give consent (if we offer optional marketing).

Where consent is required, we collect it separately and you may withdraw it, subject to limitations for essential processing.

4. International transfers

We may use providers (e.g. hosting, Stripe, analytics) that process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. We use contractual and technical measures compatible with LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) and applicable standards.

5. Retention

We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some logs may be kept for security and fraud prevention for limited periods.

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your password and device.

7. Your rights (LGPD)

8. Third parties

Our website and checkout may include links or embeds (e.g. YouTube, Discord). Those services have their own privacy policies.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on the website with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels when appropriate.
