Protection of Minors
Mythera74 is not intended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.
If MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 18 years of age, the company may take appropriate measures to delete, anonymize, restrict, or block such data and suspend or terminate the related account, in accordance with applicable law.

Legal Basis

Since Mythera74 is intended exclusively for adults, MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA may restrict access, refuse registration, request age verification, or terminate accounts when there is evidence or suspicion that the user is under 18 years old.

MYTHSOFT TECH LTDA may adopt, among others, the following protection measures:
- requirement of date of birth or age confirmation during registration;
